The General Internal Medicine Specialist is responsible for providing clinical examinations, diagnoses, telemedicine consultations, and treatment for internal medicine conditions. The role involves developing safe and effective treatment plans to enhance the quality of home-based healthcare for patients.
Conduct clinical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, ultrasound, X-rays, and other investigations.
Diagnose internal medicine conditions and develop safe and appropriate treatment plans.
Provide patients and their families with clear guidance on medical conditions, treatment options, nutrition, lifestyle, and chronic disease management.
Prescribe medications safely and in compliance with medical regulations.
Complete patient medical records, whether paper-based or electronic, during the assigned shift.
Coordinate with the nursing team in performing medical procedures and participate in consultations for complex cases when required.
Priority given to candidates with a First-Level Specialist (CKI) qualification in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Valid Medical Practice License.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in hospitals or clinics.

Conduct medical examinations, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and provide appropriate medical interventions at patients' homes.
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart failure, and other common chronic diseases.
Conduct regular health screenings and identify potential health risks at an early stage.
Provide preventive care, including vaccination, health screening, and lifestyle counseling.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and home care.
Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records.
Provide telemedicine consultations when necessary.
Participate in developing clinical procedures and contributing to service quality improvement initiatives.
Medical degree in Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine, with a valid Family Medicine Medical Practice License.

Staff Management & Coordination:

Clinical Management & Procedures:

The Medical Travel Manager will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing the company’s medical tourism and international patient programs in Asia. This role combines strategic business development, partnership management (with hospitals, insurers, and travel agencies), and the end-to-end operational management of international patients seeking healthcare services in Asia.
1. Operational & Patient Experience Management
Lead and manage the international patient concierge team to ensure a seamless, world-class experience from pre-arrival to post-treatment.
Oversee the end-to-end logistics for medical travelers, including medical visa assistance, airport transfers, accommodation, translation services, and local travel logistics.
Coordinate closely with clinical teams, hospital partners, and physicians to facilitate medical second opinions, cost estimations, and treatment scheduling.
Act as the primary escalation point for any patient grievances, logistical bottlenecks, or emergencies.
2. Strategic Partnership & Business Development
Identify, build, and maintain strategic alliances with international insurance providers, healthcare facilitators, corporate clients, and foreign embassies.

Education & Experience
Must have prior experience in this position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem, private hospital networks, and MHTC frameworks is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred to communicate with regional patient markets.
