• Conduct clinical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, ultrasound, X-rays, and other investigations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Patient Experience Management

• Lead and manage the international patient concierge team to ensure a seamless, world-class experience from pre-arrival to post-treatment.

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics for medical travelers, including medical visa assistance, airport transfers, accommodation, translation services, and local travel logistics.
